Throughout our course, I will be demonstrating the preparation of quick and easy Healthy Keto-style meals. I will outline the essential ingredients necessary to have on hand in order to create a diverse range of dishes that can be easily prepared at home. We will explore techniques for enhancing flavour through the use of quality ingredients and seasonings.
