About the Event
Welcome to My Rainbow Kitchen. I look forward to welcoming your child to Lexi's Pasta Party! I would be grateful if you could complete all the information before attending the party.
During the party, your child will learn about the basics of home made pasta making and will get to explore new flavours in an educational and fun way.
We will make an egg pasta dough with '00' flour and discuss different types of pasta and pasta shapes. We will roll our pasta sheets with a pasta machine then cut to form our spaghetti or tagliatelle. We will prepare our ingredients for a classic carbonara. Finally we will boil our pasta to perfection (al dente) before transforming to a creamy carbonara then we will serve of grated parmesan and basil.
